Dr. Constantina Ν Tsokana is an Assistant Professor at the Laboratory of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases at the School of Veterinary Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She completed her Diploma in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Thessaly, Greece, in 2012. She pursued further studies and obtained a Μaster’s degree in Public Health and Εnvironmental Hygiene from the School of Medicine at the same University in 2014. Following her post-graduate studies, she held a managerial position in the pharmaceutical industry for four years (2019-2023), working in the Technical and Pharmacovigilance Departments. Since 2012, she has actively participated as a researcher in nine funded research programs. Her research interests are centered around parasitology with a special focus on parasites related to Public Health, as well as molecular and serological diagnostics. Dr. Tsokana has authored or co-authored 44 articles published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at national and international congresses.
